With the first impression being essential to add to the guest experience, the focus of this qualification will be on customer service and effective communication skills. Problem solving and conflict handling form part of this qualification which, when mastered, allows the student to be able to supervise all aspects of the reception area. Working with the booking system, standard operating procedures, and record systems, will enable the student to gain a variety of skills and experiences.
